The Joseph L. Carley Foundation is a small, family-run foundation dedicated to improving and enhancing the lives of people in Cumberland County, NJ, through grants to nonprofit organizations dedicated to social and family services. Although we also support educational and community development projects, priority is given to supporting nonprofits who provide direct humanitarian services.

We prefer to fund specific projects rather than operating expenses. Grants are accepted and reviewed twice a year.
